Stunning views of Athens from this urban studio located on the top floor right next to Syntagma square. Watch the Acropolis and Lycabettus from the balcony on one side and the rest of Athens from the other side. Queensize bed, clean towels, linen and fully airconditioned. Stunning bathroom with double sink. Located right in the center of Athens in walking distance of all major sites. The ultimate starting point to discover Athens!

Enjoy our modern studio and top location right in the heart of Athens. Spectacular views of the ancient Acropolis from the patio where you can lounge all evening under the Athenian stars.


Close to nightlife, many foodspots and the main shopping street. The studio is sunny, and has an stunning bathroom with 2 sinks and a large bathtub. Airconditioning and TV as well as coffeemaker, microwave, kettle and toaster are provided. Enjoy a breakfast on the patio while the sun rises.

Flexible check in times are no problem at all. At the time you arrive, we will always be just a message or phone call away should you need anything.

Walking distance of metro stop: Syntagma. Both blue (airport line) and red line (Acropolis, museum & seaside) are found here.
On Fillelinon street nearby the express bus to Cape Sounio leaves every hour.

Syntagma Square is a hub for many forms of public transportation in Athens; Metro lines 2 and 3 of the Athens Metro have a stop at the Syntagma station, which is to be found under the square ; the Athens Tram stops here ; and buses or trolley-buses are available to many places in the city. Travel between Syntagma Square and the Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is available via special airport bus and metro lines. Free wireless Internet access at high speeds (4 Mbit/s) is offered by the Municipality of Athens at the Square. The square is also a hub for buses to the northern suburbs and for the Athens Olympic Complex in Maroussi.

Kindly note that to reach the top floor apartment, guests can conveniently take the elevator to the 6th floor, followed by a short flight of steel stairs to the 7nth floor.

Should disclose that there is no direct access to 7th floor

You have to take an elevator to 6th floor of the commercial building and then take a stairways to the 7th floor!!!!!! Not saying that it is very narrow and dangerous, I hurt myself getting out with a 50 lb suitcase, so know this is a terrible situation if you have a luggage and are not an Olympic athlete
