This is a newly renovated central studio just a few minutes of distance from Syntagma or a couple of minutes walk to Panepistimio metro station offering fantastic views towards both the Lycabettus hill and Acropolis Parthenon.
It can accommodate two persons in one room with a double bed.
The room offers a practical fully equipped kitchenette, table with chairs and modern bathroom with shower.
There is access to a balcony with extra sitting area to enjoy the warm and sunny weather before heading off to exploring the city or just sit and relax with your drink overlooking the Acropolis or Lycabettus Hill!
An ideal, bright flat for an original and hassle-free stay in central Athens!
The flat is located on the 7th floor and there is a lift up to the 6th floor.

The nearest metro station is Panepistimio. For some nightlife, Exarcheia with its cafés, restaurants, tavernas, and clubs is just 10 minutes walking distance away. Or, by metro, you can easily reach other spots for nightlife around Syntagma, Monastiraki or Keramikos
