Lovely 1 bedroom/1 bathroom seafront apartment with swimming pool next to the a beach in Torreblanca, Fuengirola. Great location, surrounded by amenities and situated less than a 5 minutes walk from the train station, so no need for a car.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor and consists of a lounge with 2 comfortable sofa beds, TV and glazed south west facing sunny terrace with dining table. A perfect place for all your meals and to enjoy the beautiful sea views any time of the year. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, micro, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all utensils you need. The bedroom has 2 big single beds and a built in wardrobe. Bathroom with full bath/shower combo.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in bedroom and living room, free Wi-Fi and UK Freeview TV. We provide all bed linen and towels.
There is a lift in the building and the community has a communal garden and a very nice swimming pool.
The apartment is located on the promenade of Torreblanca, Fuengirola, where you can enjoy wonderful walks and bike rides all year around. The golden sandy Torreblanca area of Fuengirola beach is very popular and a little quieter than the beaches of central Fuengirola and Los Boliches, ideal for both families and couples.
Nearby you will find chiringuitos, cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, taxis, bus stop and the Torreblanca train station is only 450 metres away with direct trains to the airport and Málaga center every 20 minutes.

Everything the apartment has everything needed for a two week holiday and a long term let

Well equipped apartment. Stayed in Riverina a few times. Close to shops. Restaurants and transport. Great for walks along the Paseo! Lovely sunny facing balcony.
Just needs a little tlc.

Love the location.Comfy apartment.Bright and airy.
Needs abit of an upgrade.Shutters in bedroom need sorting as are broken,which makes it very light in bedroom.

Our stay in Riverina.
We love the location of our apartment being on the seafront and quiet location.Very comfy cosy apartment for our December New Year stay.Second stay here and just booked our 3rd for next year.Well equiped and comfy beds.Cant fault it and would most certainly recomend it.Gets afternoon sun so lovely and warm in winter.
Blinds in bedroom awkward to put up and down.But thats a minor problem.
