Overall Experience lovely.

Beautiful villa,very spacious,very private perfect for large family groups. Unfortunately there seems to be a mosquito problem at the moment that impacted a lot of our group. Also there seems to be one or two electrical issues that need to be sorted.

We had very nice stay at the villa unfortunately there was also one day during the power outage nati

The villa is very luxurious and very nice for a long stay and very comfortable. No water cooker available, no baby bed (camping) and no baby chair, no sandwich maker and no power outlets in the kitchen which is very strange and a power outage in the flower in the living room.

We had four power outages in five days, and the neighbors say it’s a general problem with this house. This ruined several dinners for us, and when we tried to contact Fidalsa afterward, they didn’t respond to emails. Avoid both this house and Fidalsa. Terrible rental company.

Très mauvaise expérience

Nous avons malheureusement vécu une très mauvaise expérience dans cette villa et ce dès l'arrivée : personne pour nous accueillir, nous récupérons donc la clé dans une boite à code et nous essayons de prendre nos marques.Mais c'est là que les problèmes commencent :- piscine sale (soit disant à cause de l'orage de la veille)- WiFi en panne (2 jours pour avoir un dépanneur)- Pas de climatisation/chauffage pendant 2 jours- Manque de draps et de serviettes, certains lits n'étaient pas faits- l'une des chambres (avec 2 lits doubles) est en réalité dans une cabane en bois dans laquelle il y avait une grosse fuite d'eau depuis le toit- 1 frigo sur les 2 mis à disposition en panne (pour 17 personnes c'est dur avec 1 seul frigo)Nous avons donc contacté la conciergerie à plusieurs reprises et cela a occupé une bonne partie de notre séjour.Ca ne s'est pas arrêté là puisque nous avons eu un gros orage mardi soir qui a entraîné une coupure complète d'électricité et d'eau courante dans la villa. Cela nous a encore valu de nombreux échanges avec la conciergerie avant qu'ils ne daignent envoyer quelqu'un qui a dû aller remettre tout en fonctionnement sur un compteur déporté à l'extérieur de la villa plus de 2h après que nous ayons signalé ce problème.Et pour couronner le tout, le propriétaire refuse de nous proposer un quelconque dédommagement à la suite de tous ces problèmes!Je vous conseille donc de fuir cette villa à tout prix
