This typical and cozy country house in La Marina consists of six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. In the outdoor area you will find a large barbecue, a playground and a pool table. The pool area is surrounded by several sunbeds and two Balinese beds where you can relax and sunbathe.
In addition, the complex has a sports field, with mini golf course, tennis, and soccer field. Even the little guests will have fun here as there is a large number of animals such as chickens, geese, ducks and peacocks.
Only 800 m from the vacation home there is a fantastic sandy beach with crystal clear water, where you can practice various water sports such as diving and fishing.
Enjoy the excellent Mediterranean gastronomy in La Marina with its numerous restaurants and bars or visit the old castle, the maritime museum or buy fresh fish at the fish market in Santa Pola, which you can reach in 10 km distance. Also a trip to the capital Alicante, 16 km away, with its fantastic cultural offer, the great marina and the castle Santa Barbara is worth a visit.

Big family holiday getaway.

With this property the outside facilities were great, crazy golf, boules area, loads of bikes, tennis court, the tennis court nets need attention however. The inside was dated & a bit disappointing. Only one bedroom is en-suite, also the bedroom furniture is in need of updating. The outside kitchen area also needs to be improved & updated.
