The bedrooms each have a TV and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and include three king-size, a twin zip/link (can be set up as a king-size on request) and a second-floor king-size. Outside there is an enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.7 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a lake, and please note this is a smoke-free property.
