Located in the heart of Bowness, a short stroll to all the shops, bars and restaurants, and with the benefit of its own parking, Appletree at Elim Mews is the ideal place for you to explore the Lakes.
Situated in a private cul-de-sac, this delightful retreat offers immaculately presented accommodation with a contemporary feel.
Entry is into a spacious hallway with plenty of space for storing your walking boots and coats. Off the hallway are two king sized bedrooms (one with a balcony) and a modern family bathroom. There is also access to the garage where there is a washer/dryer.
The first floor is the main living area. There is a bright and stylish lounge, complete with easy chairs and a 50-inch smart TV, plus a large family dining table. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen fitted with high quality appliances, and a good range of equipment, along with a dishwater and a large American fridge freezer - everything you need to cook delicious holiday meals. The first floor is completed with a stylish king-sized bedroom with a modern ensuite.
Private parking is available (including an integral garage) for two medium sized cars or one large car. Two dogs are welcome.
Bowness offers something for everyone. There are many shops and good places to eat plus a number of visitor attractions including the lake itself, which is a short walk from Appletree. There are also many local walks and cycle routes.
