We enjoyed our week, the views are lovely and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The description stated the property had a 'washer/dryer' however the 'dryer element of this turned out to be a clothes airer in front of a radiator, so the description needs updating. Some areas in need of maintenance, especially the pool which has several missing tiles which can be uncomfortable. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The house and views are fantastic, the pool & hot tub were well used more than once every day & the games room was great, there was plenty of space for everybody. If you like to walk there are no foot paths along the main road so just be careful. The zoo is not too far away well worth a visit. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We stayed the week of 21st to 25th of September.
We stayed the week of 21st to 25th of September. Despite two of the days being rainy, we all loved spending quality time away from our busy lives at North Dean. The owners have paid attention to detail at this place with making sure it really was a home from home experience. Most items we needed for self catering were there- the only thing missing that I needed for cooking was a sieve or colander. The pool temp didn't feel like 24-26°C- but it soon felt warmer when swimming for a while. The hot tub was lovely and all bathrooms were immaculate. We went for a boat ride- costs around £50/2hrs for a small speed boat that anyone can drive really- if you can drive a car...that's ample experience. The lake was amazing on the day we went- really calm waters- a little choppy when other larger boats go by- so I would still wear a life jacket. All in all- its a lovely place to stay- secluded and private with no property overlooking North Dean. I would love to go again- but would never be able to afford this in high season. Please feel free to send us offers whenever its available again! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
