"Coronado-II" (NEW on VRBO in Jul '17) gives you your own private "resort" and presents expansive big sky and red rock views. In fact, all 4 of our Sedona "pool" homes have direct sight of magnificent Gunsight Rock and 2.8 miles from world-famous Cathedral Rock and ultra-exclusive Red Rock Crossing. But "Coronado", specifically, is 1.5 miles from world-famous Bell Rock. "Coronado'' also sits 400 yards from the club house of the Robert Trent Jones 18-hole championship country club (public) and is next-door neighbor to our "Apache Gunsight" (VRBO 186011). So pamper yourself in outdoor luxury, shade and sun, high-end spas and walks. Walk out the front door and in 2 min and be at the 1st tee-box, Oak Creek County Club House, the putting green, or Redstone Restaurant (tennis courts nearby too). Coronado is your own private luxury resort. The private pool also has a PebbleTec Prism Blue bottom and decorative waterfalls. 'Coronado-II' is also minutes from a number of the popular trail heads, shopping, and famous restaurants. This Sedona villa has 5 bedrooms - a king master, a king guest (with twin on opposing wall w/ twin trundle underneath), and Guest Room 3 is equipped with a King, and Guest Room 4 has a unique "Queen" bunk (top and bottom) and a twin on opposing wall, and Guest Room 5 has a unique 'Queen' bunk top and bottom. (NOTE: These last 2 rooms of 5 are off the side of the garage). There are also two sleeper sofas: a Queen and Full-bed sleeper sofas in family room. Premium mattresses upgraded throughout (we put aside the sleeper mattresses and upgraded with higher-end). Wireless internet, 4 HD cable TVs, included. Professionally managed and cleaned. We had an amazing week in Sedona. The property owners were very prompt in replying to questions and were very thorough in the email about checking in. Pool, hot tub and the views were all amazing! We would definitely stay again.

Amazing place!

We had such an incredible stay at this house and it was by far one of my favorite vacation rentals I’ve stayed at! The house was immaculately clean, in a great location, the beds were very comfortable, and communication/check in was super easy. Having the pool and hot tub was so wonderful and someone even came and cleaned them on our first morning there! The house was perfect and a great place to relax with very easy access to all Sedona has to offer!

Sedona Stay

Overall an excellent experience. The few issues we did have were promptly dealt with by the owner, and he was very effective with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and flexibility this house affords, with the indoor and outdoor space and amenities. In particular, we enjoyed the outdoor area - both the jacuzzi and pool, in addition to the covered lounge and eating area.

This was our first time to Sedona and we loved it, being able to enjoy this lovely property and have our kids wear themselves out in the pool every night was awesome. Jeff was out of the country during our stay but he was still very responsive to any questions that we had via email. I highly recommend this house as it’s close to everything.

Senior Graduation Trip

We started in The Grand Canyon and ended up in beautiful Sedona. Our stay was great. This is a perfect rental for our family and friends. The two bedrooms off the garage were not an issue that would keep us from booking this property, they are spacious sleeping area. The outdoor oasis was perfect for a hot day in Sedona. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very positive experience. We were a party of 5 and stayed two nights. House is exactly as pictures show. Very comfortable and an excellent location. Weather was cooler than we had expected which limited our use of the beautiful back yard to just the spa. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

We loved our stay here. Everything was brand new and clean, the owner was very nice and thorough. Check in/out was easy and efficient. would highly recommend to anyone. the wifi was not very good but that might have been due to the fact that we had so many people there. fully stocked kitchen and everything we needed for our stay. we fit 17 people in the house and didnt feel over crowded! must stay!

Lovely Arizona home

Our group of 7 family members stayed in December, and this house was perfect for us! The location is great, just about 5 miles south of Sedona, in the Village of Oak Creek. The bedroom configuration is great, with 3 of the 5 bedrooms having king beds. The kitchen/living areas are very spacious, and we especially loved getting into the hot tub on the cold evenings. A nice grocery store is just 2 blocks away, and for dinner one night we all enjoyed Cucina Rustica for Italian food.

Family Time

My family and I wanted to be together for the year memorial of my Sons passing. This home provided us enough space to all be together sharing stories and being together while also only being 20/30 or so minutes from the hiking trails and water. Our only recommendation would be for more specific instructions on check out requirements. :) Highly recommend this home and the hosts are super helpful and respond quickly.

Lovely Home, Pool, Sky And Area

We had an fantastic extended family vacation here and couldn't ask for a more wonderful and welcoming home. Spacious, inviting, with views of Gunsight red rock, and close to hikes at Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock and rental bike shops just a quarter mile down road. Large supermarket also nearly walking distance. And within walking distance is the Golf Country Club we played at and practiced on driving range and sat at their grill to watch sunsets. Also loved this part of town, since traffic in other parts looked excrutiating, so we think its a well chosen location. We will definately be back. And our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Thanks again.

Stay at home

There was plenty of space for all staying. The kitchen wasn't as well equipped. It was lacking measuring cups and spoons as well as some larger cooking items for a large home where you would expect to have equipment to accommodate the larger number of folks. Pillows were not the best for sleeping. The kids loved the pool! Nice location and clean.

Sedona Family Trip

We had an excellent stay at Jeff and Eli's house in Sedona. The house was very clean and spacious. The hot tub and pool were extremely easy to heat up when necessary. Jeff and Eli were responsive, gracious hosts. It was clear they have a lot of experience with rental properties and knew exactly what people look for during their vacation. The house is in a great location in my opinion. There is a grocery store that my wife walked to a couple times or it is about a 15 second car ride away. The house fit 4 adults and 3 kids with comfort and we easily could have fit more people. We only ended up needing three of the five bedrooms. Overall it was a great trip. We will be back.

Ladies’ annual weekend getaway was a blast, as usual! We have stayed at this property the past few years and we love it! Great hot tub & pool, although it was cooler than usual this year & we didn’t use the pool. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, privacy, plenty of space indoors & out for socializing. Beautiful pool home - great for groups!

Very clean house with a good layout for large groups. Be aware that 2 bedrooms are off garage but they do have AC and spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. The ice maker worked fabulously for a large group. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Great outdoor dining space! Kitchen very well stocked, a little short on forks and spoons, but that’s probably typical for a busy VRBO. Well stocked bathrooms and laundry room. Great location in a slightly less busy area, many coffee shops and grocery store nearby. Checkout list was simple and precise, Owners very communicative. Would love to stay again!

We truly enjoyed the home! Location was great, out of the busyness and a beautiful drive each time into Sedona. Pool and spa were just what we needed after our morning hikes. Pool and spa were easy to manage. Common spaces were roomy for the 7 of us. Everything was wonderful!

Perfect family stay in Village of Oak Creek

We had a fantastic stay! The location was ideal—just a short 10-minute drive to amazing hikes like Baldwin Trail to Cathedral Rock and the Chapel. Being able to walk to Clark’s for groceries, gelato, and wine was a huge bonus. The house was perfect for our two families, with a great layout and awesome kid-friendly rooms off the garage—like a fun little hideaway for them. The pool and hot tub exceeded expectations—the hot tub got nice and hot, and the pool was spotless and a great way to cool off. Jeff, the owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the beautiful artwork throughout the home, all painted by Jeff’s talented mother—it made the space feel extra special and personal. Highly recommend!

Fun Sedona Getaway!

We had a fabulous time! Our group of 8 friends has rented from this owner 3 times. Excellent experience every time. Not only is this a lovely 5-bedroom property with a pool and spa, it's less than a mile from a grocery store and great restaurants. Close to hiking trails in the beautiful red rocks too! We'll be renting here again.
