In the house there are 2 further floors with 3 bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen and a living room for meals for up to 6 people.
You have 4 double beds and a sofa to rest, a large table with 6 chairs in the dining room.
If you are a large group of 7 to 11 people, you can stay in the complete house, if you are with 6 people you can stay in the 2 upper floors
You are in the center of the old town with many restaurants and cafes in the area,
You can go cycling in the Ahr or Rhine valley, go for walks on the Rhine hills, in the Siebengebirge or visit the many museums of contemporary art (in Rolandseck, Bonn or Cologne).
The best way to get to know the area is to take the boat from Linz to Bonn or to Colenna and then return with the train to Linz.
