Quartz 103 has a total living space of 117 m2 and has been tastefully designed with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious dining area and a beautiful living room which opens onto a sunny balcony. From here you can enjoy panoramic views of the historic Alpine village of Chamonix and its surrounding spectacular peaks.
Shared ski room and storage are conveniently located in the entrance hall and you will have private parking for 1 vehicle.
The apartment with rustic chalet-style decor has an entrance with integrated smart hobs, a washing machine, dryer, a guest toilet, an open kitchen/living room with access to a large balcony overlooking the town of Chamonix and the Mont Blanc range. The large dining table can accommodate up to 10 people. You have a master suite with adjoining bathroom, office and private balcony. The two double/twin bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom.
All bed linen, towels, bath products and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rate.
Quartz 103 is located in the heart of Chamonix, next to the market square, train station, bakeries, artisan cheese cooperative and at the entrance to the fantastic main street with a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.
In winter you will benefit from the bus stop located two minutes away for the ski lifts and you will be 10 minutes walk from the beginner slopes of Savoy and the ESF school for toddlers as well as the gondola of the Aiguille du Midi. Montenvers station, to access the sea of ice, is located just 5 minutes away on foot.
The train station is only a 3-minute walk and the bus station is 100m away.
