Nestled beneath the rolling South Downs in the middle of the South Downs National Park. Parts of the property date back to the early 15th century.

A perfect springing point for walkers and cyclists. A short walk from the picturesque historic town of Steyning which has independently run shops, cafes and pubs. Close to relaxing Shoreham beach or exciting Brighton beach and city centre.

Walking distance from the South Downs Way, on Mouse Lane which is a famously beautiful lane that runs from the market town of Steyning to Wiston House.
