Welcome to Coconut Grove, an enchanting 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath Caribbean Villa, perched on a gentle hillside in beautiful Leverick Bay on the unique and peaceful island of Virgin Gorda. Arriving at the villa, you are greeted by a stunning purpleheart wood, iron decorative gate, and tropical gardens. On passing through the gates, you'll find yourself at the grand entrance of this 2-story villa which is perfectly suited for couples, family reunions, weddings, and receptions.
The space
You have at your disposal 5400 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor living space at Coconut Grove, perfect for hosting large gatherings such as weddings, family reunions, and gatherings with friends.

The spacious Great Room with a dramatic Cathedral-style ceiling and captivating views invites you to lounge in comfort. For great Barbecue and dinner parties, you'll enjoy the modern well-equipped gourmet kitchen with a center island and indoor dining area that comfortably seats 10.

Colorful Caribbean flora and fauna also surround the tanning area and large freshwater swimming pool, complete with submerged seating, lighting, and pool floats. Comfortable chaise loungers adorn the Oklahoma stone decks surrounding the partially raised pool edge, and guests can feel free to relax under the stars in the villa's hot tub.

The alfresco bar, complete with a second full-size refrigerator/freezer, sink, glasses, and beach coolers, is ideal for dinner parties and just so convenient to the pool and the large gas barbecue grill.
Sliding glass doors on three sides of the Great Room invite you to the alfresco bar, outside dining area, pool, and covered lounging areas where delightful tradewinds and spectacular Caribbean sea views leave you in true awe.

The upper floor is wheelchair friendly and consists of 3 bedrooms decorated in relaxing tones of cool greens and sandy beige's, highlighted with a stylish blend of wicker and antiques. From the Great room, guests are escorted via an interior spiral staircase to the lower level hallway, leading to two additional bedrooms and the pathway to the nearby beach.

All 5 bedrooms are equal in size and feature king-size beds, bathrooms, en-suites, closets, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, smart TVs, internet service, safe, mini-fridges, and private balconies. Comfortable balcony furniture allows quiet times for watching the sun rise or reading your favorite novel.

Linen and towels are provided as well as beach towels, blankets, and extra pillows.

Coconut Grove is only a stone's throw from a phenomenal snorkeling beach. This poolside villa is ideal for couples, family reunions, weddings, and receptions. Because your comfort and enjoyment at Coconut Grove Villa is our main concern, we provide much more than you would expect.

All of Coconut Groves's guests are welcome to enjoy the many resort facilities offered at the Leverick Bay Resort and Marina, a short 5-minute stroll away. Enjoy a morning dive; a delicious lunch beachside followed by an afternoon shopping spree in the comforts of air-conditioned boutiques.

First-time guests will definitely want to explore the world-renowned Baths, a twenty-minute ride across Virgin Gorda, where giant boulders form a maze of warm water pools. Come and hike the trails of Gorda Peak National Park or sail away with your own boat to uninhabited islands with beautiful white sandy beaches.

Whether your style is to lounge by the pool with a good novel and a Pina Colada, play tennis, or explore our small, quaint island with its' many awesome sunsets and beaches, you can be sure that in Virgin Gorda... Life is good!

There is an onsite caretaker who resides in a studio apartment downstairs with a separate entrance and exit from the main house. The caretaker does not share any space with the guests and is respectful of guest privacy. The amenities listed for the property are exclusively for guest use.

Additional services on request and at extra cost: Private Boat Charter Airport pick up from Beef Island (Tortola) or St. Thomas, massage services, chef services, Initial fridge stocking, babysitting, and More!

For vehicle rentals, we recommend Mahogany Car Rentals, you can find them online with a quick search or we can share details after you reserve the villa. All of the local rental companies have similar vehicles and rates but we think Mahogany provides the best service. They will actually bring your vehicle to the ferry dock/airport for your arrival. After a few minutes of paperwork with their attendant, we will escort you to the Villa and get you checked in.

Taxis are available but can add up, we are happy to share our favorite Taxi Driver's details after booking.

Virgin Gorda is the perfect place to "island hop" from, we can also help you arrange a boat charter to some of our sister islands. Day trip to places like Anegada, Jost Van Dyke, Cooper Island, Norman Island, Scrub Island, and more....

PRICING STRUCTURE
Our villas have a base rate for smaller occupancy, with additional charges for each extra person or room up to capacity. This tiered pricing is common across the island and accommodates various group sizes. Given the limited number of hotels, this ensures couples and smaller groups can enjoy our villas affordably, making our villas flexible for all budgets and needs.
