On a quiet street in the Marias. Very comfortable. One and a half bath. Equipped kitchen. The outside entrance hall and stairs need some paint and repair, but the apartment itself was nice.
It's up one flight of stairs, easy to get in and out and the perfect accommodation for an easy breakfast before setting out for the day. The location is perfect- lots of shops, places to eat, grocery stores within a short walk and the St. Paul stop is a few minutes walk. I really enjoyed the Marais area and all it has to offer. Hosts are responsive and not overbearing- easy in and out. YES! I recommend staying here.

Very bare bones apartment up one flight of stairs. Absolutely excellent location. Being able to check in early was a huge plus.
Spent a few days in Paris with my two daughters and this property was a wonderful location and size for the three of us. The host was so kind in allowing us to drop our bags off early before check in so we didn't have to haul them around the city. Truly appreciated this kind gesture.
My sister, two friends and I stayed at this apartment in the Marais. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was so conveniently located, close to St. Paul metro, but also about a 12 minute walk to Notre Dame. Before the trip we agreed we would take turns on the pull out sofa, but it was surprisingly comfortable for 2 adults to share, and I found myself not caring if I switched to the.bed or not. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
Comfortable, good value for money. The neighborhood is diverse and seems safe. Many restaurants and stores. En- suite bathroom is very tight, but works. Floor tiles in stairwell are loose and treacherous. Stairwell to the apartment is in serious disrepair. Bathroom with shower is well laid out. Never ran out of hot water. Kitchen was spotless and well stocked. We would stay again.

Can not contact the host for check in info . Even Vrbo called and messaged the host but no reply.
Old World charm, quiet street, great location, comfortable bed, friendly host: what more could you ask for?Maxim met us at the apartment and gave a thorough introduction to the four us. (We brought our son and daughter-in-law along for their first Paris visit.) We really appreciated his personal touch. The street is very quiet, but it is close to Notre Dame and transportation to all the other “can’t miss” attractions. We all thought it would have been difficult to find a better location. The four of us, also, agreed that the apartment was special along with being comfortable accommodating two couples. There are plenty of choices close-by for dining and people watching. We’d definitely stay here again and give it a heart-felt recommendation.
The apartment is fantastic. It has a separate bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room. Having two bathrooms is awesome! The kitchen is well equipped.Unfortunately, the check in process was less than ideal. We were left standing on a street corner for hours waiting for someone to turn up with the keys. I think it was just an unfortunate set of circumstances, but still it was not a great way to start our trip. That said, the management company was very helpful after that and even offered to let us extend our stay when our flight was canceled. We can happily recommend this property and hope that your state is pleasant. The neighborhood is great.
Etwas lieblos eingerichtet.
