Perfect location beautiful house in hip and stylist residential area with great access to all main transportation options. Beside hotel & bars suited to most types of guests. 5 mins from town centre and situated beside motorway between belfast and Lisburn. The property has been recently refurbished and has outside decking area and all amenities. Ample of on street and on property parking in the development. Perfect for contractors, travellers & short city breaks alike.
The space
The property sits on the blacks road just on the main transport corridor into Belfast has great local amenities and recreational facilities, the rooms are larger than your standard semi and one bed room had an en-suite: there is a private enclosed rear garden with decking and bbq facilities.

Guests can access the entire property except the attic & shed.

Great home in Dunmurry

Great family home with lots of space, very comfy beds and nicely decorated for Christmas! Any queries we had dealt with quickly by the host so thanks very much.Handy location and had all we needed including WiFi and hive hub for the heating. Handy location

Comfy place to spread out

We were very happy with this rental property. The back garden area is spacious with a nice view. The kitchen has modern appliances and a table to seat our family of 6. Room sizes were spacious and comfortable.

I had to check in 2&half hour later, as the host was cleaning the house while we were waiting outside of the property including 2 kids in the bad weather. Once we entered we had to clean sofa and floor was very sticky. And next day we did come from outing and we wanted to shower but there was no pre paid top up left for gas. I did communicate with him by WhatsApp and phone call he did not respond at all. Then I did try by Expedia then he replied he can’t come I have to do top up for gas time was around 10 pm. I couldn’t go as I know shop is closed by then. I don’t recommend to book this property as he is very unprofessional and rude. Thanks

A little scary

Lights were hanging from their wires over a bed. Wet musty towels had been left in the washing machine. The floors were not clean. The hot water went out on the last day and host gave no response to inquiries. I would not recommend this property to anyone
