Fully renovated two-bedroom apartment on the second floor with balconies facing the street and located in a central but quiet area of ​​the Triana neighborhood. The atmosphere is very pleasant and its proximity to the center makes it a unique space where you can rest and get to know the city. The apartment has a perfect capacity for 8 people, since it has a room with a double bed, a second room with a bunk bed with three beds, a double sofa bed and a single folding bed.

We had a wonderful time in Sevilla and Rosa responded quickly when we had questions about the laundry machine and the entrance doors. Would love to stay again.

Great apartment in an awesome neighborhood

We loved everything about this neighborhood that is within walking distance from the heart of Sevilla. The building was easy to access and we had no issues, the only down side is that there is only 1 bathroom and with 7 people, this wasn't optimal. We had to stagger the shower schedule to ensure that everyone had hot water. But we knew this coming in and made it work.

Comments

The communication and location was great. Rosa was very responsive. However, the apartment is in need of care. There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom (Rosa offered to take care of it). The bathroom in particular needs some deep cleaning. The shower doors have mold in them and do not open or shut easily.
