The apartment:
This precious apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift that reaches the mezzanine floors and has capacity for up to 10 people.
Characterised by its classic French style, with original mouldings on walls and ceilings that match an elegant wooden floor, this apartment stands out as the perfect option for those seeking comfort, style and luxury in one place.
The spacious lounge, which also incorporates the dining area, benefits from beautiful natural light thanks to its three wonderful French-style balconies with exterior views. It features two double sofa beds, a Smart TV and several armchairs and decorative details that give it a modern and pleasant character for all our guests.
The apartment features three double bedrooms and three full bathrooms with shower, two of them en suite. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. The bedrooms enjoy plenty of peace and quiet thanks to their location on the interior side of the property.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential items such as a fridge, oven, dishwasher and other appliances. It also features a spacious round dining table, perfect for enjoying meals at any time of day.
This accommodation features WIFI connection, television, heating and ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in the living room.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.
