Thanks to its excellent location, our guests can enjoy, just a few minutes' walk away, some of the most emblematic and photographed places such as Puerta del Sol, the Real Casa de Correo, seat of Madrid's City Council whose bells mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain, or the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree.



Furthermore, it offers excellent connectivity with the rest of the city by public transport, notably the Banco de España and Sevilla Metro stations and the many bus lines that depart from that area.



The apartment



This elegant flat is located in a completely renovated building with a lift and can accommodate up to nine guests.



The spacious living room, carefully decorated and with beautiful natural light throughout the day thanks to its three impressive panoramic windows, features a comfortable sofa and a seating area with an individual sofa bed.



Its spacious independent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances to guarantee comfort and convenience for our guests.



It has four bedrooms specially designed to ensure maximum comfort: two of them with double beds and the remaining two with two single beds each. The flat has a total of three modern fully equipped bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite in the main bedroom.



The apartment has WiFi and underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.



The changeover from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the changeover from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.



Important information:



This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Lettings Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



We inform you that due to works being carried out by the Town Council on Madrazo Street, it remains closed to traffic. Likewise, construction work is being carried out on a building in the vicinity of the accommodation, so there may be some noise resulting from such works.



The works will remain active until further notice. We greatly appreciate your understanding and regret any inconvenience these circumstances may cause.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area known as MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
