The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. You are in front of Syntagma square, the central metro, bus and tram station . Ideal for business travellers or for those who want to explore Plaka , Acropolis and historical sites on foot and relax in style. It is a 62 sq. meters. It offers air condition and wi-fi.

The entrance of the building is at the end of the corridor.
At the beginning of the corridor there is a Bank and a Chinese restaurant. Although it is situated in front of Athen's main square , the apartment is sound proofed.
There is an elevator that will lead you to the floor and everything like restaurants , shops ,ATM, banks , metro , tram are in front of of you!
There is no key box
Late check in fee for arrivals between 21.00 - 00.00
Whole apartment is at your exclusive use.
You need to inform us about your exact arrival check in time at least 24 hours in advance.
According to the LAW for short term rentals and our house rules , regardless length of stay , we offer you 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 shampoo, 1 soap for body and 1 for dishes
Boiler in Greece are electric , so we always wait for at least 20 minutes in order to have water
You can come from the airport or port of Piraeus by metro or bus
Parking is not allowed in the centre of Athens and there are circulation restrictions in the area , so renting a car is not advisable
There are some private parking stations but hard to find a free spot and are expensive
ARRIVING FROM AIRPORT BY METRO . It will require almost 2 hours FROM landing
ARRIVING FROM PIRAEUS PORT BY METRO . It will require almost 1 hour
RAfina or Lavrio port are NOT suggested for this area, there are too far away
