The dining room is a bright space thanks to its three windows overlooking the main street, Smart TV, double sofa bed and a spacious dining table that also integrates a pleasant fully equipped American kitchen with modern appliances and kitchenware.
It has three comfortable, bright bedrooms that guarantee a relaxing environment for a good rest. Two of them have two single beds and the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, the flat has another full bathroom with shower near the living room.
This accommodation has WIFI, heating and central air conditioning.

To be taken into account: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.
