Experience unmatched comfort in our two-story apartment located within Bonalba's prestigious Golf Club. The ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a TV, a dining area, and a lovely courtyard overlooking our pristine garden – the perfect spot for alfresco dining. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms; the master boasting a balcony with breathtaking mountain views. Our home is equipped with everything you'd need – from a dedicated workspace to children's toys and more.
This apartment is nestled within a golf community. To get the most out of your stay, a car is recommended. Although walking within the golf club premises covers basic needs, exploring the surrounding areas becomes more accessible with personal transport. Please note that the amenities provided are planned for the initial days of your stay, irrespective of booking length. Also, and for logistical reasons, check-in and check-out will be in-person and need to be coordinated with us in advance.
1. Local residents (Valencian Community) must communicate with the host before booking.
2. There cannot be more than 5 people (or another number negotiated before booking) on the property at any time. Violation of this rule may result in the removal of all guests without entitlement to a refund.
3. Guests will respect and follow all community rules, such as no loud music or disturbances after 10:00 PM.
4. Fees: €180 per day fee for smoking inside the main house (allowed outside the main house) // €50 fee for late check-out if your late departure is not authorized. // €100 cost for changing keys or parking remote. // The guest will leave the house in the same condition as when checked in. Any additional cleaning will incur a cost of up to €100 // If a late check-in were to be needed, please let us know in advance. A fee may be associated to said late check-in. // If any of these rules are broken and the host has to cancel or delay another booking, the guest will be responsible for compensating the host for the amount lost. // In the event that the police are notified and show up at the villa due to non-compliance with community rules, the fee will be €300.
5. The guest is responsible for the cleaning of the house. The cleaning fee covers activities such as cleaning and making beds, bathroom cleaning, and floor cleaning. The cleaning fee is used for house maintenance. Please ensure that all trash bags are securely tied and properly disposed of when you leave the property. Failure to do so may result in a fee of 20€.
6. You agree that you are booking in good faith and will not attempt to harm the host's business because you are dissatisfied with Airbnb's or the host's decision in the event of an unsatisfactory experience during your stay or in the event of losing a resolution.
7. Our standard check-in hours are from 15h to 21h, at no additional cost. However, for guests arriving later, we do offer a late check-in service for a fee of €33+VAT. Please notify us in advance if you require this service.
8. For stays exceeding 30 nights, utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) will be covered only up to a maximum of €150. Any excess charges beyond this allowance are the responsibility of the Guest and must be settled by them.
Additionally, please be advised that the property is not liable for any lost items during your stay. It is your responsibility to keep your belongings safe.
