Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.
It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.
Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.
The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.
The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.
Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.
The accommodation is a 12-minute walk from Venice Santa Lucia Station and 13 km from Venice Marco Polo Airport.

Very responsive owners. A few small maintenance things that needed to be addressed as part of routine maintenance that did not affect our stay. Great location and loved the terrace!

Excellent location. Elevator is a huge positive - so easy to get our luggage to the third floor! Clean. Spacious. Roof Terrace is a wonderful feature. Responsive managers. N
We had a last minute accommodation the host was able to meet. The apartment was very spacious. The shutters were difficult to close during a storm through the night but overall we had a decent experience. Elevator access to the location was great to have with all of our bags!

There was no working shower in the entire unit. 4 days of extreme heat and unable to take a shower. Only small amount of water dripped down and it went from extreme cold to extreme hot, giving burns to my kid.
Not.enough cups and the dishwasher did not clean well (probably due to lack of water pressure).
