The holiday studio is located in the elegant lakeside town of Meina and is just a 7-10 minute walk from various attractions like the shores of Lake Maggiore, Museo Meina, Meina Beach Club, the beach Spiaggia sul Lago Maggiore and Lido Di Meina. In Meina, also called the village of villas, guests can visit its various opulent mansions like Villa Eden and Villa Faragiana with formal gardens.

At a 7-minute drive is Arona, with a lakeshore hiking area around its Lungalago, Lido di Arona and the Trenino. Guests can also enjoy golfing nearby; within 15-20 minutes are Golf des Iles Borromees and Golf dei Laghi.
