This is a brand new villa in Los Alcazares with 3 large bedrooms. Only 400 metres from the beach with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The relaxing solarium area has beautiful views taking in the Mar Menor and La Manga strip.
The accommodation is equipped with : private garden, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, covered parking, TV/ Satellite.
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.
*Please note there is a refundable security deposit required prior to check in*
