This spectacular, newly remodeled vacation villa is located less than 200 meters from the sea in Los Alcázares in the Murcia region. Los Alcázares is located on the Mar Menor and is an ideal enclave for water sports enthusiasts with its seven kilometers of beach.

This property was built with high quality materials with an elegant and innovative facilities according to the latest trends, in which light plays a leading role.

The house features 3 spacious, bright bedrooms with smart TVs, large closets and sleeping areas for maximum comfort, 2 bathrooms with easy-access showers and a modern living room in soft tones that invites you to relax on the sofa. A fully equipped kitchen completes the comfortable facilities.

Outside there is a sun terrace where you can spend sociable evenings with your family and friends, grill delicious meals or simply sunbathe by the beautiful private pool. The pool maintenance service every Thursday morning is included in the price and checks and cleans the water.

An ideal place to enjoy your rest days. Due to its proximity to the sea, it offers a wide variety of water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle tennis surfing, kayaking and sailing.

Lovely Villa

Advertised with barbecue but had to pay 40 euros to have a new bottle that the key holder told us it wasn’t her job to get for us, the Villa shouldn’t have been advertised with a barbecue or at least state that you need to buy gas. The key holder said that any thing electrical or plumbing went wrong wasn’t her job. We arrived on the Friday the pool was cleaned in the Wednesday. Thursday the land in front was graded and dust was everywhere, by Saturday we Couldn’t use the pool for 6 days due to having to send emails and not being able to report to key holder. Been away for the last 20years and the key holder was always the first port of call for any problems.
