Felce (sleeps 6): The spacious 88-square-meter Felce apartment is located on the first floor of the villa. It overlooks the village of Castiglion Fibocchi and the surrounding hills, as well as the pool. It consists of a spacious living room with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and pantry. Flat-screen TV, double sofa bed, fireplace, and a table with 4 chairs. Bathroom with shower. It features a spacious double bedroom with a closet, and inside there is also a loft with two additional single beds. Outdoor terrace with a relaxation area and a smoking area. The apartment also includes an outdoor dining area, independent heating, Wi-Fi, and a reserved covered parking space.
