Gorgeous hardwood floors and tile throughout. You will love the 2 king and 2 queen beds fit for kings and queens, including MBR suite with sitting area including vanity and couch, swivel tv to watch in bed or on couch. Enjoy the fios TV on the three flatscreens with premium movie channels included, and wifi service. Brand new Maytag washer and dryer off kitchen.

Nicely lighted and covered main floor deck on entire front with adirondack rockers, master bedroom balcony 4 by 20 feet, 16 by 22 rooftop deck with ocean view and full complement of comfy outdoor furniture. Outdoor shower 4 by 6, designer mouldings and coffered ceiling in main living area. Central air with smart thermostat and 5 white ceiling fans.
You will love the the uncrowded private community beach, then return to enjoy a barbecue on the new stainless grill. New outdoor dining set and fire pit.

We were the builders of this property, it was a labor of love to construct, decorate, and furnish it. We put in all the touches we ourselves wanted. We also have 2 rental properties in Palm Beach, Florida which we bought, decorated, and manage. We live in Northern Nj in a house we also constructed.
