Overall a great stay. Location (proximity to the beach), the condition of the property, prompt responses from Steven the owner. No complaints. Which is saying something from me. Always love Topsail and Surf City in October, great time to visit. We have stayed at Seas the Day several times and have always had a great experience. Would highly recommend to a friend or family.

The house was as described. Beautiful clean and comfortable. Everything we needed or wanted was available. And the beach was as beautiful as the pictures. We spent many hours on the beach and on the deck. I highly recommend.

Great house just steps to the beach. A huge kitchen table worked well for our group since we like to do puzzles and play games. Love that we had enough parking for multiple cars. We had a wonderful vacation here!

The house was nice and roomy. Nice bathrooms. Great location. You can sit at the kitchen table and watch the dolphins. So easy to go to beach and easy to go back for bathroom breaks. Beach was wonderful. Lots of shells and shark teeth. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was as good as we expected with this wonderful ocean front house. I was very happy and able to relax since the deck had a gate with an automatic closure and lock so that my small dog could not go on the beach without me taking him.
