Surrounded by black sand beaches and well connected to the motorway, this property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

It is ideal for couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 2 people, fast Wifi fibre at 300mb, designed for teleworking. With a large bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace with mountain views, where you can enjoy and relax. It has a bathroom with bathtub, equipped kitchen integrated in the living-dining room, which connects to the terrace of the house where you can have breakfast and disconnect while enjoying the summer climate of the area. With all the comforts, Smart TV, lift and communal swimming pool in the quiet residential complex in which it is located.

With the beach just a few steps from the house, in a beautiful fishing village full of walking areas, bathing areas, terraces and restaurants. It also has a magnificent connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, mixer, tower fan, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, and much more.

The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.

Review of Home2Book Cozy Apt near the seaside

Unfortunately the electronic link to access the apartment did not work, and the staff at Home2Book were unable to remotely let me in. This meant I was stood outside for almost an hour trying to get in. Accessing the actual apartment (once I had gained entry through asking a neighbour to buzz me in) was another problem, and I had to suggest to the hosts to ask the cleaner to come and let me in. It's a very nice apartment, but it wasn't very clean. Also, I asked for a second towel as there was only a small towel, and one bath towel. There is no provision for a towel to use at the pool or beach. Induction hob - I've never used one before, and had to ask some friends in the UK to help me with instructions. There are no manuals on how to use the induction hob or the washing machine. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. This review is meant for the hosts, and I don't intend it to be viewed publicly.

We would like to apologize for the access issues and the lack of proper cleanliness in the flat. We have revised our electronic access system to prevent this from happening again and have also improved communication to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in. Regarding towels, we note that for stays of less than one week you are provided with one set of towels per guest. The property has a washing machine for your use. And we do not offer beach or pool towel, sorry. We also take note of your suggestions. We are also working on including user manuals for the appliances in all our flats to facilitate your stay. We will check the soap dispensers in the bathroom to make sure they are always full for our guests. We appreciate your patience and your comments will help us to improve our services.
