We rent our little paradise when we are not there ...
Very beautiful new villa of 140m2 on 1100m2 of land.
Large living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms all bedrooms have air conditioning (all beds have individual mosquito nets), 3 bathrooms, 2 WCs.
In the garden, you will find the large private swimming pool of 12 by 4 with its Californian beach and its bar, a lawned and raised garden as well as a magnificent tropical garden.
To take full advantage of the gentle warmth of Senegal, the Marsupilami XXL version nest by the pool welcomes you for your naps, readings ...
The large terrace houses a large table for up to 10 people, an outdoor lounge and a mobile bar and plancha.
The house is fully air conditioned, mosquito nets are installed on each window and French window.
Listed equipment, wifi throughout the house and around the pool, TV 106cm, DVD player, Home cinema, Canal SAT bouquet Evasion, telephone to receive your calls, safe.
In the kitchen there is everything you need, microwave, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, robots, teapot, classic coffee maker, blender ...

To take care of our house, our adorable housekeeper, Ndeye is there all year from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. In addition to cleaning the house, she will prepare your midday and evening meals at your request and will take care of your laundry and ironing. Ndeye can also advise you and put you in touch for anything you may need. Its service is included in the price.
The garden and the swimming pool are maintained every morning.
You just have to add your electricity consumption, (fully led lighting) recorded on your arrival with Ndeye and on your departure.

If rental less than 3 nights, the night is 100 euros

Arrivals are after 3 p.m. and departures before 11 a.m. unless agreed otherwise.
Beach at 600m.
Any amount paid will not be returned if cancellation of the rental by the tenants

Restful Location

This was a great getaway location for our family. It is not too near to the typically beachfront locations and city. It is outside the town and thus didn’t have things like grocery stories readily available. But that was okay. We wanted a quiet location to retreat to and enjoy the pool and relaxing. The villa was confortable. The pool was spacious. We even had monkeys come to visit us in the yard. Definitely plan to return to this location again. Great job to the host and Ndeye for welcoming us!

C'est une très belle maison, agréable à vivre et dont le confort a été très bien pensé. L'accueil et le personnel d'entretien sont compétents et de qualité. La literie est également de qualité et l'annonce correspond bien à la prestation. Une seule petite ombre au séjour est la WIFI qui n'était pas stable et qui n'a pas permis de faire le télétravail que nous avions à faire dans de bonnes conditions. Le reste du séjour a été parfait.

Séjour magnifique dans une villa de rêve ! Un accueil au top par N'daye, fabuleuse ménagère et cuisinière toujours souriante et bienveillante. Super emplacement pour rayonner entre Sine Saloum et petite côte!

Passer 10 jours dans cette maison un peu éloigner de la ville donc assez agréable avec piscine super séjour. Je recommande . Avoir une voiture est mieux.

Séjour Formidable!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la Casa Marenda. La maison était très propre et les jardins et la piscine magnifiques. Nous voulons absolument y retourner pour un séjour plus long. Ndeye était gracieuse et amicale. Merci !

Magnifique séjour

Très très bon séjour dans une sublime villa. Ndeye nous a superbement bien accueilli toujours disponible et à l’ecoute. La maison est conforme au photos ( voir mieux en vrai ). Dommage que ce soit assez éloigné du centre ville

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa tout confort, bien agencée et équipée. Tout est conforme à la description et aux photos. Superbe piscine, terrain de pétanque, barbecue,... sont autant d'atouts pour la maison avec grand terrain dans résidence à l'extérieur de Nianing. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

A charming, luxurious getaway

The villa is very well designed, functional and beautiful at the same time. The garden of exotic plants (and some exotic animals, too - we were visited by a few funny monkeys:) is really pleasant and superbly lit in the evening. The house itself is spacious, sunny, well equiped (AC, mosquito-nets etc.) and very clean. The only downside is considerable distance to shops without your own vehicle, if you want to self-cater (although you can always catch a car or a bus to Nianing quite quickly). The beach is pretty but dirty, which seems to be characteristic for all Senegal (the people, especially the fishers, seem to simply throw away rubbish and fish remains into the water and it is then deposited on the beach). It, of course, has nothing to do with the villa itself - I spent a lovely week here with my family and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Superbe villa, très bien entretenue!

La maison est impeccable. Nous avons eu une fuite d'eau le soir qui a été réparée dès le lendemain, car Ndèye à veillé à ce que tout soit parfait du début à la fin. Et c'était réussi! Merci pour cette qualité de service!

Nous avons passer un séjour exquis, L'intérieur tout comme l'extérieur de la villa sont plein de charmes, Ndeye est au petit soin pour nous et l'emplacement est idéal. La villa est également adaptée pour les enfants qui concernant les nôtres se sont régalés tout le séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Geweldig!

Prachtig en sfeervol huis ,schoon en ingericht door iemand die een hele goeie smaak heeft.Water in het zwembad was wel erg koud,maar dat was dan ook het enige minpuntje. Verder moet je even uitzoeken wie er als taxi chauffeur gaat rijden naar bijvoorbeeld de vismarkt.(Wat een belevenis) want het vakantiepark is niet in het midden van een dorp of stad.

Que de bons souvenirs !

Au calme, loin de l'effervescence de la capitale, cette demeure est un véritable petit cocon. Villa fonctionnelle et relativement bien entretenue. Les délicates attentions, discrétion et disponibilité de l'accueillante Ndeye sont un vrai plus. On y a passé un très agréable séjour. On renouvellera dès que possible ☺. A très vite.

Belle villa

La villa est fonctionnelle, propre, et correspond à la description qui a été faite. Ndèye qui assure l'intendance a été très serviable. Nous y avons passé un agréable moment. Dommage juste que la Wifi n'ait pas fonctionné de tout le séjour, et que la plage ne soit pas à 400m comme indiqué, mais à plus de 20 minutes à pied..

Comme à l'hôtel...

La maison est conforme à la description qui en est faite, elle est très fonctionnelle et les extérieurs aspirent au calme et à la détente. L'environnement est super calme, loin des turpitudes des villes alentours et de l'agitation . La cuisine est bien équipée et si vous voulez ne rien faire c'est possible. N'Deye est une jeune femme ADORABLE qui sait prendre tout en charge si vous lui demandez. Elle saura rendre vos vacances inoubliables car allégées de toutes les tâches ménagères , dans un profond respect et une grande gentillesse avec en prime un indéfectible sourire...

Excellent week-end

Très bon accueil par Ndeye. Elle nous a expliqué ce qu'on devait savoir. Sinon, la maison est très jolie, bien entretenue, décorée simplement et avec goût. L'extérieur est magnifique et la piscine est telle que sur les photos : ENORME !!! parfait pour les enfants quelque soit leur âge, et super pour les adultes qui peuvent nager. Bref, on reviendra certainement.

10 jours merveilleux

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette magnifique villa où tout est fait pour la détente et la décontraction. Que vous vouliez vous ammusez ou flaner à des ocupations diverses, tout y est. Un grand Big up à Malik et N'deye, namenala......... Au plaisir de se revoir une prochaine fois.

Magnifique

Magnifique séjour, inoubliable... La villa est comme l a dit mon fils, un paradis sur terre !!! Tout est bien, aucune fausse note. N'deye est formidable, Malik très gentil et discret. Nous vous conseillons comme guide Thierno qui est vraiment une personne à connaître ! Le propriétaire est très disponible pour toutes les questions (nombreuses !) que nous avions. N'hésitez pas, encore plus beau que sur les photos !!!
