This stylish accommodation effortlessly blends modern comforts with the enchanting Romanesque features of the city, offering a memorable stay for up to three guests.Our apartment features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an extendable single bed, cleverly integrated into the sofa. The en-suite bathroom boasts a convenient shower. For added convenience, a washing machine is also at your disposal.The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a Nespresso coffee maker, a refrigerator with a freezer, quality crockery and cutlery, an oven, and a ceramic hob. There's a dining table that can comfortably seat up to four guests.The apartment has air conditioning and is located on the first floor. Notes:
The apartment is located in the center of the historic quarter, where access by car is difficult and parking is prohibited. It is important to note that you are only allowed to enter the historic center by car 3 times per quarter year. Although you are not allowed to park, you can usually load and unload your suitcases at our office. It is not possible to stop in front of the apartment. We always recommend parking first.The apartment is on the first floor of a historic building without a lift.
A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00 we will be there for you.
Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. The tax is 1,10 euro per person (16 years and older) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is not included in the price.
