Good house, poor management

Accurate listing and good location in relation to beach. However, property was unclean when we arrived with flies coming from the bin and animal hair in clumps on the floor. Property manager sent cleaning crew when prompted but refused to apologise or take responsibility for the earlier shoddy job, blaming it on previous cleaners not cleaning to the “standard” of the emergency cleaners.
