CONDO ITSELF SUSTAINED NO HURRICANE DAMAGE AND THE GROUNDS HAVE BEEN FULLY RESTORED TO 100% FUNCTIONALITY AS OF FEBRUARY 15. POOL/SPA FULLY OPERATIONAL, ELEVATORS WORK, PICKLEBALL/TENNIS COURTS REPAINTED AND LANDSCAPING RESTORED AND IMPROVED.

Simply put, this condo is one of the nicest in the building. We live in the property in the winter and keep it fresh, in perfect working order and up to date.

Indian Rocks Stay

Great location with a beautiful beach! Loved the pickle ball courts and pool access. We were able to walk to restaurants, ice cream and coffee places nearby! The condo was so comfortable especially the beds. The towels were big, white and very soft! Totally enjoyed staying here for a week!

Great location, Beautiful property

My family had a great stay at this property. The unit is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. The pool, beach and pickleball courts are within a few steps. The hot tub also was so nice. We will certainly be back next year. The owner Karla made sure everything was taken care of for us. Thank you.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo exceeded all my expectations. We felt right at home. It is beautifully decorated and has everything a family needs. My family stayed here while in town for a wedding. It was much nicer, and less expensive than staying at a hotel. We would definitely stay again.

Nice property for our small family getaway

This condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our beach vacation. The property has a nice open floor plan and a large deck with a nice view. The pool was smaller and busier than I expected it to be so we never used it. The owner was available to help when we had any questions.

We enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very clean and had updated features. The storage locker has most anything you’d need for the beach. We brought our own Shibumi tent for ease of set up but they had everything~ beach chairs, tent, toys, boogie boards. Super convenient to stop by there to and from beach. Ice cream shop and restaurants within walking distance. Having a large family I really enjoyed all the conveniences.

Best vacation ever!!

This is our second time staying in this condo. The area is beautiful, the condo was beautiful and immaculate, and Karla is quickly responsive if you have questions. We considered canceling when we heard about the possibility of large amounts of seaweed and so glad, I spoke with Karla and decided to ignore the rhetoric and kept reservation. There was less seaweed than last year, I may have seen three strands over a week's time. The water was warm and gorgeous!! Best vacation ever!!

New Favorite Place

Absolutely surprised at how amazing this place was. We stay in a lot of places and most over exaggerate about their place. This one didn't give it justice in their description. When they say they have everything, trust them they do. It was one of the nicest vrbo we have ever stayed in. We love the complex, the beach and the unit. Checkin was easy, the unit directions were on point and the resturants we found around the area where the cherry on top. Will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at the Reef Club in this unit. Everything was exactly as described. The owner is very prompt in answering questions/concerns. We had a chance to chat with the building manager and some residents while we were lounging around the pool and it’s obvious they are proud of the property and strive to take good care of it. The pool deck remodel looks great too! The condo has everything you would need. Our kids enjoyed all of the pool and beach toys available in the unit. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo in a quiet beach community

This condo is located in Indian Rocks Beach, which has mostly simgle residence homes and some condominiums. There are great restaurants in walking distance. Tye condominium building is on the beach, quick easy access. The of the best things i liked of the area was the fact there were no mega hotels. The beach was never that busy. On top of all that, the condo is great. Well equipped kitchen, beach towels, and beach equipment in an equipment closet on the ground level. Included a covered parking soot as well. There is a pool and hot tub/spa on site that was well maintained. If i return to the area, ill definitely be looking this place up again.

Excellent Stay & Communication

The property was just as beautiful as described and communication was excellent! Karla reached out prior to our stay with detailed information. This made the check-in process seemless and elevated the need for us to ask any questions. Even though all of the information we needed was provided upfront, she still took the time to reach out to make sure all was good. The condo is quite roomy and provides all the amenities needed. The cupboards were stocked with all of the dishes and spices, needed to eat and cook with. Because starter supplies such as toliet paper, paper towels, etc were provided there was no need to run to the store soon after travel. After a few beach vacations, I have learned how much of a treat it is when the host offers beach supplies and I truly appreciated having beach towels, chairs and especially a beach umbrella after getting a bit of a sunburn. What a live saver!The balcony was wonderful. It has an excellent view of the gulf without all of the direct sunlight. We only used two of the three bedrooms. The rooms were large and the beds were so comfortable that it was the first time in a long time that I didn’t miss my bed at home!I would definitely recommend this gorgeous gulf front property. Gorgeous condo right on IRB!

The property matched exactly with the pics and description—something that hasn’t always happened to us. It surpassed our expectations! The location was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space were terrific—everything is repaired post-hurricane. They have tennis and pickleball—all in great shape. The beds were so comfy, and the living space and kitchen had all we needed!

Perfect location

This condo is EXACTLY as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or amenities. We stayed during the peak of spring break and were expecting crowds, but the beach was manageable, always room for my kids to swim in the pool, and everyone respected the 10 pm quiet hours. We went into Clearwater for dinner one night and commented how much we preferred Indian Rocks with no high-rise buildings, smaller crowds, etc. The ocean is no more than a 5-minute walk from the front door to the unit, and a quick walk through the pool and across the sand. The beach was clean, sand was great quality (not rocky), and the kids loved hunting for sand dollars and shells. The water is CLEAR! The pool and bathrooms down there were clean and we enjoyed all of the outside amenities. However, the inside of this condo is just perfect. We ate breakfast in the condo every morning and prepped lunch for the beach. We also cooked dinner in the unit twice and it had everything we could have possibly needed. Beds were very comfortable and overall condo was exactly what we needed. I loved that they provide beach towels (you just have to wash them before you leave) and beach chairs; it made driving down so much easier. My kids are already asking to go back and stay in the same unit. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway

Our family found this condo to be an absolute dream! The location is amazing. No hotels, boat ramps or tourist attractions meant the beach wasn't crowded and the entire surroundings were peaceful and safe. Staying right on the beach made enjoying it that much easier. We didn't have to pack up and try to find parking. Just walk outside and can easily go back for anything you need, to have lunch or grab any of the included beach items from the storage locker in the parking area. So many extras were provided all throughout the condo to simplify your stay. The locals were all very welcoming and friendly. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room to spread out or do things together. You can pack lighter with the use of laundry in the unit itself. The finishes and decor in the condo were also very nice. Karla was so easy to communicate with and even allowed for an early check-in on Christmas. This was our kid's 1st visit to Florida and this will set the bar very high for them for future stays!!

Indian Rocks Beach Family Vacation

This property was beyond expectations. Plenty of room for our family of 5, and nicely decorated. All modern appliances, and plenty of beach toys for our use. The owner made check in extremely easy and reached out to ensure there were no issues during our stay. I highly recommend this property and will look to stay here again.

Beautiful and Clean Condo

Condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were cozy, rooms were good size - plenty of room for us to spread out. Since we flew into the area, we loved having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, insulated coolers, beach toys and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and spices. The appliances were in good working condition, we especially appreciated the refrigerator's filtered water and ice maker. The condo faces north, so you get a good view of the gulf without too much western sun heating up the balcony in the evening. The common areas - pool, tennis/pickle ball court and corn hole patio were all in good shape and clean. The beach was a very short walk. There was a lot of seaweed that washed up on shore and floated in the first few feet of the water during our stay. We've not stayed in this part of Florida before, nor during the summer months, so maybe that is typical. It was just unexpected that the complex does not rake the beach in the morning as we've experienced in other locations. The owner was easy to get ahold of and answered all of our questions quickly. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.

After traveling all my life to Florida's Gulf Coast with family, I was fortunate enough to relocate here in 1983. My family and I were able to purchase our dream condo in 2012 and we love sharing it with others. We spent untold hours remodeling the interior to make it beautiful and modern and suitable for today's discerning traveler. Our daughters suffer from allergies and we took the extra step of removing all carpeting and installing tile or wood-look flooring for a modern and allergy-free environment. All bedding is covered with allergy-prevention encasings as well as pillows to make your stay more comfortable. While our daughters are grown now, we love sharing our condo with other families and friends.

Why they chose this property

Reef Club is a first-class building - PICKLEBALL and tennis courts, new hot tub and pool, new in 2023 conversation and lawn game area with astro-turf, comfortable seating and lawn games. If you are a wild partier, this is not the building for you! Our gurests are mostly families and friend groups. If you want a wonderful environment for a couples or girlfriend getaway or your family, this is it. Close to many excellent restaurants, ice cream shop, bakery, and groceries, it offers everything you need for a fabulous time.
