Your own private space, set within large gardens and grape vines where your every need is met for a unique stay in the countryside. Unique & stylish 5 bedroom home. Perfect for families with a heated, outdoor exercise pool (safety cover), large private garden, outdoor kitchen area - pizza oven & BBQ. gym in out-building.Private chef available + pizza kits + bbq packs. Countryside walks , 10 minute drive to the city of Canterbury.Family home set in a large private garden & small vineyard (500 vines). 5 Super-king, king, double bedrooms + 2 children's fold-out beds.

We have 2 occasional children's beds, 2 travel cots and high chairs available on request. Family bathroom, 2 ensuite bathrooms and downstairs shower room. Family bathroom has a deep luxurious copper bath. We supply plenty of towels and luxury brand (Bramley) toiletries together with bathrobes on request.

Well equipped kitchen/breakfast room, large dining/sitting room with wonderful huge and very unique Danish wood-burner, TV snug, quiet sitting room. We have plenty of board games and books as well as a selection of baby/toddler toys.

Private chef available. Pizza kits to order. BBQ packs to order.

Patio with seating area, large dining table, exercise pool (April - October incl, heated with safety cover). Outside kitchen area in which to savour the delights of freshly bought food on the Morso gas bbq - there are some great places to grab some fresh meat from the local farm shops (or order a pack from us). Why not fire up the Morso wood-fired pizza oven? You can order pizza kits too!
Gym in outbuilding with treadmill, bike, multi-gym, hand weights, punch bag and exercise mats.

We now share our time between this house and our 2nd home. It has been our family home for 22yrs but is rarely filled nowadays - hence we are now sharing it.

Our small vineyard consists of just 497 vines. The combination of our local soil and the Great British weather provides the perfect conditions to produce English sparkling wine. Our sparkling wine is not for public sale - we share it with family, friends & guests!
