THE SPACE: A bright, design-led one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a restored Soho building — 45.9 sqm / 494 sqft of light-filled interiors with full air conditioning. Two flights of stairs, no lift.



LIVING AREA: A generous open-plan lounge and dining area with twin arched sash windows pulling in afternoon light. Deep blue velvet sofa bed, sculptural floor lamp, statement flamingo print, and a Smart TV. Dining table for four, ready for slow breakfasts or a glass of wine before heading out into Soho.



BEDROOM: A serene king bedroom wrapped in warm oak panelling, with built-in wardrobes and softly diffused lighting. The signature "Frankie Says…" wall lettering adds personality without losing the calm. Hotel-quality linen throughout.



BATHROOM: A statement marble bathroom in dramatic veined stone, with a brushed steel rainfall shower and undermount basin. Complimentary toiletries provided.

Overall great place and accommodation. My only complaint is that I feel like they could have done a better job at explaining the accommodation had a narrow flight of stairs to walk up. I was not aware of that until check in time. Thanks
