Ideal location in a private domain, no through traffic, close to beaches, shops, busses and trains. Free parking within domain, can be one or more cars. Nice, Monaco and Italy all nearby.
On the second floor of a 3 story building, an apartment with 2/3 rooms, very quiet, well-equipped, with a beautiful view from each room of Beaulieu-Sur-Mer bay and St Jean Cap Ferrat peninsula. Possibility to eat and relax on the covered terrace across the width of the flat. There is a small elevator.
2/3 rooms: 1. Living room: settee, lounge chair, dining table, smart television, WiFi (Glassfibre). 2. Large double bedroom (bed 1.8m wide x 2m long) and hanging cupboard with wire drawers. 3. In addition, there is a small office with desk, office chair, monitor and sofa bed (1.4m wide x 2m long), so for 1 adult or possibly 2 young children).
Well equipped open plan kitchen. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing/drying machine.
Central heating and hot water. Air conditioning in 3 rooms. Electric shutters and electric sunblinds. Fast free WiFi.
Free parking outside, no through traffic, secure due to domain gate. There is a pedestrian entrance on Rue Edith Cavell, and a main gate on Bd Maréchal Joffre.
Transportation: Beaulieu-sur-mer train station is 500m away. The bus to Monaco-Menton is a short walk down to the seaside, and the bus to Nice or to Cap Ferrat is 100m away.
Shops and restaurants: baker, supermarket, boutiques, pharmacies and restaurants are within a few minutes walk.
Ideal for holidays or tele-working from home.
Checkin and checkout during office hours only. Office hours Monday-Friday 9.00-12.30 and 14.00-18.30. Saturday 9.00-12.30. So no start or end on Saturday afternoon or Sunday.

Communication with the owners was very easy and incredibly helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and perfect for my multiple week stay. The location is great, quick walk to the train station and multiple bus stops as well as the beach and restaurants.
We had an absolutely wonderfulholiday. We loved Beaulieu-sur-Mer and beautiful villages around the area.We loved the apartment and the awesome view. A comfortable, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Close to all local sights and attractions. Short walk to train station made trips to other towns easy. Glorious Mediterranean weather.

Great location to explore Côte d'Azur by public transit! We were looking for an apartment with all amenities, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, balcony with sea view, and found it all in Beaulieu-sur-Mer. This place is as described and per pictures, very clean, fully equipped, less than 10 min walk from the train station & large grocery store, and a few minutes from bus stops & restaurants. We came straight from NCE airport through TER, and did not need a car for six days of exploring from Menton to Cannes. Place is quiet in a gated community, always felt safe, 2nd floor with elevator. We cooked most days and found everything needed, great sleep with comfortable bed and very dark room due to exterior window blinds. Great communication from owner and rental agency. Would rent again for sure, thank you!
Appartement idéalement placé (commerces proches ainsi que les transports) avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Hébergement fonctionnel; tout est bien pensé.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette résidence privée, au calme. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par Laurence pour la remise des clés et bon contact avec les propriétaires. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir dès que possible.
