Welcome to Sunrise View - one of the finest and largest properties on The Bay Filey with panoramic views of Filey Bay and unobstructed views of Bempton Cliffs

Featuring downstairs bedroom, shower room, huge kitchen, balcony with sea view, patio, log burner and stunning master suite - this is truly a special home from home and really is suitable for "something special".

Enter through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks / storage and family football table. To the side is a double bedroom with patio doors and ensuite shower room.

Continue across the hallway through to the living room. There is a lovely fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, oven/hob, microwave and washing machine.

Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room for 8 people which leads to the stunning lounge area with log burner, multiple large comfortable sofas and bifold doors onto the large patio with seating and amazing access to the field - ideal for kids to play.

Upstairs there is the stunning main bedroom suite with a kingsize bed, and double futon with an ensuite shower room, seating area with bifold doors onto the balcony with views to The Sea and beyond. There are 2 further bedrooms each with 2 single beds - these share a large family bathroom.

There's a parking space for two cars and other spaces nearby for further vehicles.

Beautiful views and lovely home

The views and the sunrise are amazing. The home was bigger then we expected and very well layed out. A walk down to the beach is a must, Perfect location for a beach walk.

Beautiful house

Had a fantastic stay at sunrise view. The house and its location is perfect. Anthony was very helpful and managed to get us in at the last minute. Would definitely recommend this property and we will be booking again

Brilliant location

We had a wonderful time in Sunrise house with 3 generations. 3 young boys parents and grandparentsThe location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. The king-size bedroom upstairs had brilliant views over the sea and cliffs. We would love to stay again but the cost was very high for us.

Spacious property with an excellent location

Sunrise view is a very spacious property that is very well equipped, with plenty of kitchen items, books, board games and beach accessories. It also caters well for young children with 2 high chairs, travel cot and kids toys. The location is excellent with an easy access to the beach and stunning views over Filey. My only criticism is that the downstairs double bedroom needs a new mattress as it is very uncomfortable and worn, I strongly recommend this be replaced. Everything else was great. We loved staying here.

A fabulous place with amazing views over the Filey coast.

Our group of 7 friends have stayed at Sunrise View several years ago. We love the location and the spaciousness of the house. We have a friend who uses a wheelchair and the house is accessible for her. We were disappointed though with the standard of cleanliness this time. The windows, oven and utensils needed a good clean. The house looked tired this time but the location is still its most outstanding feature.

Great property. Sleeps 8. Very spacious. pet friendly.Beautiful site, well maintained. Downstairs bedroom and shower room which is good for those who can’t climb stairs. Grassy area around property, good for kids to kick a ball around. Near beach. Fantastic master suite, with bifold doors and balcony overlooking area. This room has a futon that could sleep additional 2 children. Rooms are downstairs small double, and upstairs 2 x twin rooms and the master suite king bed with futon.Kitchen well equipped. Freezer … 3 drawers, so if cooking in advance and bringing food with you, you just need to be aware of this. Fridge good size. Information given beforehand excellent. Anthony very helpful in answering any questions we had and sorting things out for us. Thank you for a great holiday home.
