Welcome to Tree's Annex, a beautiful and stylish garden apartment spread across two floors. Located just moments away from the charming old town of Bexhill on Sea and a short 20-minute walk to the stunning seafront. This delightful one-bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests.

Escape from the hustle and bustle of the road in this tranquil haven. It's the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. Indulge your inner chef in the modern, well-equipped kitchen and enjoy meals in the separate dining area overlooking the flora and fauna. After a day of exploring East Sussex, sink into the comfortable sofa and unwind. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious and cozy bedroom along with a shower room. Outside the conservatory, there's a generous shared garden for guests to enjoy.

Guests will be sent access codes and instructions 48 hours before there arrival. The property is on the left hand side and the key box will be next to the front door.

All of our stays are self check in, however we will send all guests our contact details should they need us during their stay.
