We were extremely happy with our stay.Great location & host. Comfortable bed, all lovely & clean & great modern shower which are the main things we look for when we go away. There is even a private courtyard garden which was a nice surprise.Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Communucation from Mark the owner was excellent. The flat was lovely - perfect for a couple & very close to town. We went to an event at the De La Warr Pavillion which was only about a 2 min walk away. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and well equipped flat just a few minutes walk from the beach. Nicely furnished with a very comfy bed. Quick and friendly communication and we even got to check in a bit early. Highly recommend.

Perfectly located, lovely apartment

Immaculately clean, modern, bright apartment. Mark was a very friendly host, communication was simple and easy. Perfectly located, close to the action, yet very peaceful. Would highly recommended. Front room cafe very good for breakfast.
