Quality and peaceful Villa

Family friendly house located in a peaceful neighbourhood. Has all the amenities that most wish for to make their stay perfect. Unique and stylish architecture, conveniently located near a great swimming pool, a golf course and just a short walk to visit horses or go the Atlantic ocean shoreline. 5 bedrooms which 1 has a sleeping loft so the house can accommodate 8 adults plus 2 children. Large garden with an enclosed wooden patio, a bbq, outdoor furniture, outdoor Jacuzzi and a trampoline.

There are 5 Bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: 1 king (180cm)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed (160cm)
Bedroom 3: 1single bed (+120cm mattress on loft, great for kids)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed (160cm)
Bedroom 5: 1 single bed

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
We provide: Shampoo/conditioner/body wash /hand wash, tablet&dishwashing soap/detergents and softeners.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- No parties or loud gatherings, we respect our neighbours

Absolutely phenomenal!

Astra and John are amazing hosts with a beautiful home that is absolutely perfect for an Iceland vacation. I highly recommend renting from Astra and John! They are lovely and so helpful with everything. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to visit again someday!

Super house and great location

My children and I absolutely love this place. It's very new inside and well decorated. Spacious and clean. Extra linens, comfy beds, well outfitted kitchen. Views and the fact that you can walk for like 20 minutes and get to the Sea with beautiful views of the mountains. Definitely worthwhile!

At Home in the Land of Fire and Ice

Although the villa is accurately described as peaceful, it is much more. The villa is spacious and filled with light providing a positive, upbeat atmosphere. The amenities and the home provided us time to rest and relax.

Asta and Jon provide an amazing accommodation, and recommendations for your stay in Iceland.
