The space The cottage is in an idilic setting on the Helmsdale strath, close to the village of Helmsdale and the renowned north coast 500 (NC500) tourist route. The cottage is fully equipped with lounge, kitchen complete with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/ dryer and tea/coffee facilities. 1 double bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a third bedroom with 1 single bed. Family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The cottage includes a flat screen TV and DVD player. Free WiFi is included. All towels and linen are supplied. Plenty of parking, free, at the cottage. Guest access The entire house and large garden are open to guests to enjoy. Pets welcome (up to 2 dogs).

We enjoyed our one night there. The host was quick to respond to texted questions. The train across the street did not disturb our sleep. There were a lot of dvds to choose from for the evening entertainment. The hosts sent a detailed set of instructions which made finding and using the house easy.
