3 Albion Cottage is an ideal coastal retreat located in the heart of Walberswick, with the sandy beach and two fantastic just a stones throw away!

Entering through the front door into the stylish yet comfortable sitting room, with everything you need to relax. Leading on from the sitting room is the open plan kitchen/diner with additional seating area.

The cottage has a large garden with seating areas to three sides, allowing guests to enjoy the sun as it moves around. There is off road parking at the back of the holiday cottage.

Electric central heating. Electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Permit parking in near by car park for one car. Gardens, lawns, patio, patio furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: the garden has shared access at the rear of the terraced cottages for neighbours to take bins in and out.

The nearest town is Southwold just a short trip over the River Blyth, accessible via the foot ferry, or by walking/cycling across the foot bridge. It offers a good selection of amenities as well as a museum and a lighthouse. Walberswick offers both the beautiful sandy beach, as well as the stunning heathlands just waiting to be explored.
