Balcony with furniture and non-enclosed lawn with mature trees. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 1.2 miles. Note: First floor bedroom accessible via very steep ladder, with limited headroom - best suited for children. Note: There is an an 80 metre walk up the garden from the car parking space. Note: There is step access to the exterior, please bear these in mind when booking.
