About this property

3 Bedroom Condo on the 18th hole within walking distance to many amenities.

This top level fully renovated 3-bedroom condo is on the 18th fairway of Devil's Knob Golf Course. The condo is also within walking distance to hiking trails, the nature center, aquatic center, spa, tennis facilities and restaurants. The condo has 2 bedrooms (both with a king beds) on the main floor and an enclosed loft that sleeps 5 (full bed, full bed, twin bed). The unit also has two full baths. Guests will really enjoy the spacious family room, with the wood burning fireplace, and flat screen TV (fire wood is included and is readily available).

Our condo has a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils to make any cook happy. We have a microwave, Mr. Coffee coffee pot, oven, stove, and dishwasher. The unit also has a large washer and dryer. The dining table seats up to 8 people for family meals. The counter has an additional seating for 4. There is also a high chair available if needed. Games, puzzles, and books are provided for our guests so there is no need to bring activities for the family. Wi-Fi is included.

Wintergreen is an all season resort with numerous recreational amenities. Many are located on the mountain top very close to the condo. The Wintergreen Spa is only a short 6 minute walk. The 18th hole of the Devils Knob can be seen from the deck. On ski weekends, the Wintergreen shuttle will pick guests up at the parking lot stop. During the summer and fall months, guests can hike the Old Appalachian Trail, venture to Shamokin Falls or enjoy the water activities (water trampoline and iceberg) at Lake Monacan.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure you take the trash to the large trash dumpster located at the base of the Wintergarden Spa near the mailboxes. There are bears in the area and they will feast on any trash oitside.
Please make sure to set the thermostat to the requested temperature.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wintergreen Resort has a NO NOISE policy after 10 pm. Please be cognizant of other guests in the building and Fairway Woods.

Perfect mountain get away

This was the perfect mountain get away for a long weekend. The kids had plenty of space to play and the house had everything you could possibly need for the stay! It was cozy and the views were beautiful.

A Lovely Weekend In The Mountains

We had a nice weekend in Wintergreen. The owner was very responsive and helped us to find a perfect hike and a few places to visit while at Wintergreen. The house is well furnished and has plenty of dishes.

Lovely apartment and centrally located

My family and I had a lovely time, enjoying the view of the golf course and hiking the nearby trails. Everything was perfect, although the exterior stairs are a bit daunting at first.

My husband and I went for a quiet weekend away and it was perfect! The owners are amazing and easy to work with! The house had everything you needed! Located so close to wineries, breweries and distilleries( highly recommend visiting Silver Back Distillery!) Overall it was a great place to stay!!! We will return!!

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend for a wedding at a winery. It was the perfect spot and 100 times better than a hotel. The place is stocked with everything you need including tons of games and toys for the kids. If you are going to the area, this is the first spot you should check. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

Overall great stay!

The condo overall was great. A group of us (8 girls) stayed here for a weekend. Pro's to this place: spacious, great location, fireplace/firewood, fun games, well stocked kitchen (had everything you could need) and easy communication with host. Con's: only given 2.5 rolls of toilet paper for 3 days/2 nights for 8 people and that the beds/pillows were not the most comfortable (but do able for a weekend!).

Our family and was very much enjoyed our time. The location was perfect for our 3 year old as we were only a few minutes walk to the pool. Access to the lake was also great fun. The loft was very quite and very comfortable! The house was very clean and very well stocked. Our girls very much enjoyed the toys, games, books and movies! Very easy booking and check in and out, the owner was great to work with! We enjoyed this trip tremendously and miss the cool and dry air of Wintergreen!

We stayed in Wintergreen as a base. Enjoyed Monticello and wineries.

The condo is as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked. The upstairs bed could use a new mattress and the shower liner in the upper bath needs replacing. The water heater breaker did trip (bad timing - cold shower). Also after several phone calls and text messages we were unable to connect the tv to our Netflix account. Netflix could be viewed on my iPhone so clearly the wifi worked. This was frustrating.

Thank you for reviewing our condo. I will order a new shower curtain today. I was not made aware of the issue. We really appreciate all of the feedback so that we can improve. The guests after you discovered that the remote was not working due to battery issues. The TV is working now with a new set of batteries. We have also let extras in case this issue ever comes up again. Thank you for your correspondence and texts.
