This is a GREAT Three Bedroom/Two Bath 1540 square foot remodeled unit. The primary bedroom with king bed has a sitting area and its own private veranda that overlooks the pool, beach, and Caribbean. This is a split-level unit taking the second and third level. Entrance is from the second level where you will find the kitchen, living room with a sleeper sofa, a bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed. There is a veranda overlooking the pool, beach, and Caribbean Sea from this level as well. The next level has the primary bedroom with a king bed and the third bedroom with twins that can be made into a king upon request. There is also a bathroom on this level. This unit can sleep a max of 8 guests.

Sunset Beach Resort is a 13 unit 3 building complex and 200 feet of beachfront - you heard me - 200 feet of beachfront for only 13 units. You will not feel overcrowded here.

Sunset Beach is located 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town in a quiet residential community. Town is an easy stroll on a bicycle or a quick golf cart ride. We have even walked to town on the beach numerous times. Returning to the peace and tranquility of the south will not disappoint you.

My documents will include the many tips and suggestions for San Pedro with restaurants, beach bars, where to grocery shop, get coffee, etc. I will provide a detailed itinerary before your arrival and list the important phone numbers you many need. I am also available at any time via a phone call, text, or e-mail. There is also an on site concierge that will be great with assisting you with all your needs once you arrive.

Absolutely amazing!

We had such an amazing time at Sunset Beach! It was the perfect location for our family trip! Quiet neighborhood close enough to the town. Christine was super helpful with arranging our trip and Jason was so helpful with everything we needed while there. I highly recommend staying here and if/when we come back to San Pedro, this is where we will stay!!

Wonderful time in Belize

Overall good property and very responsive managers. Clean. Great diving with dive shop. Would have liked to know you can’t really swim or snorkel from the beach due to boat traffic. Overall rooms quite with doors closed but if open to catch the breeze lots of noise from pool area until 10pm.

Great vacation!

My family and I had a great time at Sunset Beach! Our condo was perfect for our family, and Jason was very helpful. We spent a lot of time relaxing at the pool and enjoyed the kayaks on site. We loved watching the sting rays from the dock, and my children enjoyed cracking coconuts in the morning. We would love to go back!

Very cute and well kept, small condo complex. Couple notes, it have been nice to have access to W/D mainly for wet beach towels and the primary bedroom does not have its own bathroom. Our host, Christine was amazing. Kept in great contact and was very helpful. I would stay here again.

Our stay at Sunset Beach A6 was very smooth from start to finish! Christine is the property manager (not on site, but you wouldn't know it as she manages everything and is an expert in all ways) and she was such a wonderful resource for us as this was our first trip to Belize. The condo is well appointed and spacious and has a good location and beautiful views. This is a small, quiet, individually owned condo complex. Most of the units are rented out by the owners, but a few have full time homeowners living there. It's intimate and safe. As others have noted it is a drive to town, so you will need a golf cart or other mode of transportation other than walking. We really enjoyed our time on Ambergris Caye thanks to the Sunset Beach Condo.

Sweet Stay

The condo is exactly as pictured and as expected. Christine was easy to communicate with and knowledgeable about the area and country. She will let you know exactly what to expect wherever you go. She also set up our golf cart and excursions, making our vacation stress free. Jason was also there to greet us and get us settled. He was available when/if needed. His little helper is very sweet as well. The area was quiet and relaxing. The grounds are kept beautiful at all time by Chapin (who unintentionally startled me when I went to watch the sun rise lol he is very quiet). We were very pleased stay.

Perfect Adventure Base Camp

Property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. Lived up to the listing. Conveniently located to water sports, mainland excursions, airport and shopping. Fantastic view from living room window. Enjoyed everything about the property. Property host Christine was outstanding! She arranged several successful tours, 3 sets of flights, golf cart rental and more. As first-time travelers to Belize, but world travelers overall, we were extremely impressed with all the details she took care of and at a very affordable price. Laundry service was great. Majority of our meals were not in restaurants but prepared in property kitchen. Good selection of groceries at Super Buy and The Bakery. Take mosquito spray if traveling in wet season. A few hours of rainstorms and seas too rough for scuba but otherwise great weather in June. Beach is not a long strand made for strolling or bathing, however. Town of San Pedro is well equipped but not attractive. You won't be disappointed with the natural beaury of the Caye.

Amazing time

Wow-very impressive. The condo was perfect for my family (wife and 3 18). We loved the location being south of San Pedro away from any crowds. The listing is accurate but honestly more beautiful. The condo was clean, spacious and being right on the water amazing. Christine did a great job organizing our flights from Belize City, arranging a taxi ride from the airport and having our golf cart delivered! We ended up being delayed landing on the island by a few hours (after dark) and Jason waited to show us around and make sure we had everything we needed. One of our bags didn’t arrive that night and Jason graciously offered to go get it at the airport the next night for us when he was taking her daughter for ice cream. I can’t say enough good things about Jason, James and Chaplin the caretaker. The grounds were immaculate! Even though there is no actual beach to wade in the water it was great to be able to relax on the lounge chairs and then just jump in off the dock and swim around. Truly amazing. We are a water family and this was key to be able to do. We had 2 days of diving, 1 day of a private catamaran charter and one half day Caye caulker/snorkeling tour and it all was perfect. We did do the gold cart ride to secret beach on one of our down days and had a great time. The ride is about 45 mins from the place but worth it if you want calm waters and relaxing! We wouldn’t hesitate coming back and staying at Sunset Beach resort again!

Property exactly as advertised and very comfortable for 4 adults. Sun rises every morning were breathtaking. Groundskeeper kept property immaculate and was out every morning before dawn. Property manager Christine was extremely responsive and helpful. She offered discounts and assistance with booking our flights from Belize City; scheduling taxi driver Abel to meet us at airport who stopped and patiently waited as we grocery shopped as well as helped us carry luggage and groceries up to our condo; renting a golf cart and coordinating delivery to condo; recommending amazing excursions that picked us up at the dock; recommended places to eat; bars; places to watch sunsets; etc. We enjoyed dinner at Black Orchid; Hidden Treasure; restaurant across from Hidden Treasure; Pineapple restaurant at Ramon’s Village; Blue Water Grill; Palapa’s over the water; 303 over the water; breakfast at Estel’s and Some Place South which is walking distance from Condo. Excursions had delicious fruit, banana bread for breakfast; fresh Conch ceviche and grilled fish caught an hour before; stewed chicken; etc. Homemade tortillas; delicious rice and beans; coconut rice; cilantro rice; fry jacks and pupusa (across from Hidden Treasure). Calamari was delicious everywhere we ordered it! Thursday night chicken drop at Wahoo Lounge is a must and we won! Jason the concierge was also extremely helpful; helped with luggage; suggestions for food and entertainment; fresh towels; and is also available to book excursions. We will definitely be back! The view from the condo is my phone screen saver:)

The property is beautiful and well kept. The host, Christine, was very helpful with suggestions for excursions and where to go on the island. She up the flight from Belize city to the island, the golf cart rental, and the the taxi to and from the airport. All of that helped make the trip stress-free.

What I liked most about this is that it is not far from San Pedro crowds and it was not a resort which for our family would have felt plastic, but we had all the amenities including a concierge to arrange anything we needed like taxis, massage and in general to help us with everything and then Christine who was always available to make arrangements, answer questions etc... We loved it. I loved the location of the pool and the beach so close together that we went back and forth. Coconuts right off the trees to drink from! We used the kayaks and they picked us up for scuba just at the end of the dock in the picture. This was a hit with everyone, all 7 adults. I cannot say enough. Good eating places and a convenience store with a 1 block radius. We loved it.

I have had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the entire country of Belize, and I can tell you that Sunset Beach is one of my favorite properties in San Pedro. The owners do a great job of keeping up the property and paying a lot of attention to detail. Sunset Beach is the perfect location being 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town. The south end of Ambergris Caye is so peaceful, and Sunset Beach is just minutes away from town while traveling down a mostly paved road. About 1/4 mile before you reach Sunset Beach the road becomes nice and sandy that is well maintained.

This unique property sits on 200 feet of beachfront for only 13 units, which never gives you the feeling of being over crowded.

I can also assist you with all your needs while in Belize (booking your local flights, a golf cart rental, or any excursions you may be interested in). I will pass on my many suggestions and tips for the area.
