Villa Aurum is located in a fantastic location with a view of the city, the Zadar archipelago and the famous Zadar sunset. The complete area is 900m2, and the house itself has 300m2 and can accommodate 8 guests.
The ground floor has a view of the heated pool and a spacious terrace and consists of a kitchen with a dining room and a living room and a bathroom. There are four rooms on the first floor with attached bathrooms. There is also a gym for those who want to stay in good shape even on vacation. Among the other facilities, you can still enjoy your own sauna, and for wine lovers there is also a wine cellar for relaxing in good company.

Top quality Villa, very comfortable, even during the recent heatwave. Check in and out was very efficient. Owners and representatives were very helpful and informative. Everything you need is provided in the Villa, so much so that there is little cupboard space left for any groceries!!

Exceeded expectations

We were three couples traveling Croatia. This home was beyond what we could have imagined. We had 4 bedrooms all with king beds and 5 bathrooms. Plenty of room for all of us. The home furnishings were just beautiful. Highly recommend this home. The host was very communicative during the check in and check out process. We felt right at home here!
