Located on the 6th floor of Tower III, this high-end condo features a king size bed in the master, three additional queens and 1 full size bed, this one sleeps a max of 8 adults! The gulf views, eat-in kitchen and resort amenities will make your stay special. Fall break getaway

We really enjoyed the decor, accommodations, set up and location. Would definitely stay again! Didn't like getting notified about water being off one morning, would really have known to prepare. Overall a great stay.

Great Weather!

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals and all of the appliances are in excellent condition. The living space is perfect for a large family or a large group. We have always stayed at Shoreline Towers when we vacation in Destin and our children enjoy the pool as much as they enjoy going to the private beach. Destin was absolutely beautiful during this time of year (October 9-18, 2015). The ocean water was still warm enough for the children to enjoy swimming and the temperature was perfect for sitting on the beach to relax.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was extremely comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was nice for cooking. It's a short stroll through the parking lot to the beach. The heated pool was amazing. The only thing that we disliked was how commercial Destin is. The beach however is gorgeous!

Great for families

The lay out was perfect to gather and also have private space. The location had great gulf views and just a short walk to the beach. We actually liked not having a balcony due to the climbing toddlers.

Condo 3061 Review

We have stayed at Shoreline towers for the past 3 years. We have enjoyed it very much. This year our Condo was very very dirty, the air did not want to work correctly, the water to the condo was turned off 2 days in a row (during the middle of the day//very big inconvenience when infants & toddlers are involved), and the room was very out dated/dirty. The bathroom floors were not swept, there was hair from the previous tenant. It was a very filthy condo. At this time I do not believe we will be back to shoreline towers; we will be looking for a new location to stay at next year.

The property was not clean at all !

The property was not clean , beds made with dirty sheets , sad everywhere broken blinds, trash on couch and fifth on seat covers. The property is supposed to be smoke free, however it REAKED of cigarettes 🚬. When I reached out , they weren't going to offer anything for my their lack of service at all and then off $25.... 10/10 do not recommend.

No AC in common area, indoor AC unit vented out a window. Refrigerator not cooling and bugs found

Our group of 8 rented this 3 bedroom condo We had a king in one room and 2 queens in one and a queen and full in the other. Large common area. Was what we needed for our group. Turns out the AC was broke, had been bombed for bugs and was closed to renting as the owner was working on the unit. No ‘matter, it was rented to our group. We were unpacked and groceries purchased and found out at 10pm that we would need to move. We where offered Arial Duns 1. It was a beautiful complex. Problem was the 3 bedroom condos offered had 1 bed in each room. So the eight women, 50+ and 60+. Had to purchase 2 air mattresses and one slept on the couch. One brought an air mattress from home for the trip. It was not the accommodations we booked. We were not offered comparable accommodations and I felt we were rushed late at night to make a decision

Good location, very roomy, but needs some updating

The location of this condo was great. It had convenient access to the beach as well as restaurants and attractions. The living room/kitchen/dining room were nice and seem to have had some updates. However, the bathrooms need some update attention. In addition, the beds, mattresses specifically, in all three rooms need to be replaced. They were very noisy and uncomfortable. Also, the A/C might need a little work. It took 2 days/nights for the condo to get down to the comfortable temperature of 70 degrees. The A/C was on 77 degrees when we arrived. On the sunny days, the unit struggled to maintain a temperature of lower than 73 degrees. On a side note, Real Joy, the managing company for our stay, was absolutely fantastic with their customer service. The couple of immediate issues we had, that they could do something about, were addressed promptly.

Beach access awesome...condo a little outdated

We really enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach and the chairs and umbrella were nice. The condo was very spatious but the bedsheets had sand, and the pillows smelled musky. The wifi wasnt working and I had to call the cable company for a reset. Then the washer wouldn’t turn on. After 30 minutes of working on it the water hoses had been shut off. The water was off for maintenance while we were there as well as pest control. Too many inconveniences for what we paid. I am going back to staying at hotels for vacationing.

Perfect location

This condo is simply adorable! It was plenty spacious enough for my family. Most rooms have a view of the ocean! It is just a very short walk across the parking lot to the beach, which was perfect for us! The facility has an exercise room and a pool ,which was nice. It is in a great location for shopping, dining, and entertainment. We were able to walk to a few restaurants and beach shops. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, you aren't Far from anything . The unit we had was very comfy and roomy for all the people we had 11 adults and 1 child. The beach was awesome the swimming pool and exercise room were clean and always great to use. We had a great time here. And will definitely come back. The price was awesome. All in all it was a very pleasing experience. Loved it.

Looking for all the comforts of home ...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. From the minute we walked in we felt like we were home. The kitchen provided us with with everything we could need. All of the appliances are brand new! The living area was perfect. Very spacious for our crew. Your three bedrooms were very accommodating and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. Your condo is so centrally located to all the hot spots Destin has to offer. We've stayed in many condos throughout the gulf coast and will definitely be back. My kids loved the pool as much as the beach. We were very happy with the pool at Sterling Towers. We had breakfast at the Pancakery, dinner at Miller's Ale House and lunch at Lulu's! Thank your for the recommendations. We will be back.

PERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL

Destin was so beautiful. The condo was very easy to find The water was perfect and the private beach was a plus. The all brand new condo was five stars with everything I needed to make our stay easy with time for fun . My friends and I will defentilly be back
