The loft style living/dining/ kitchenette has a large open plan living space, lounge and dining area. There's two skylight windows, a glass juliette balcony and a glass door making the room bright, as well as offering a seating area where you can relax.
There’s a sofa bed (click-clack type), perfect for 2 Children or 1 Adult (small for two adults sharing). The loft style ceilings give an airy, bright feel to the place. Plus there's a TV, and free WIFI.
Having been recently refurbished, the property is tastefully decorated as well as clean, bright and modern with everything you need for your stay.
Outside, there is ‘free’ 2-hour road-side parking around the area which is lifted between 6pm to 8am. Free out of zone areas parking Egerton Park (short walk from the property). Pay and display car parking available at De La Warr Pavilion opposite De La Warr View (Between the hours of 8pm to 8am it is free of charge).
