5 bedroom detached villa with private pool and maid service, Carvoeiro

A stunning private villa located in the quieter area of Carvoeiro, yet within walking distance to all amenities and Carvoeiro beach. This comfortable accommodation offers a modern, cool décor with tranquil outside space leading on to sun terraces. The villa also offers a beautiful pool that can be heated for an additional charge (select 'heating' in the additional charges section) and gardens with native plants and trees, you can also enjoy the exquisite views from the roof terrace.

The villa has five bedrooms, two with king size beds and three twin rooms all offering air conditioning. The bedrooms on the main floor all have ensuite bath and/or shower rooms and the two bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom, all bathrooms have hair dryers available.

The open plan living and dining space has three large sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and air conditioning. The Dinning area leads into the kitchen, which is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and microwave. There is an external utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The large glass patio doors in the living area leads out to the tranquil outside space with separate seating area and shaded outside dinning and BBQ area, there is also outside table football for you to enjoy. The swimming pool is of an oval shape approximal 8 meters by 4 meters, the depth is ranging from 1 meter to 2 meters. The swimming pool terrace offers multiple sun loungers with side tables and parasols for shade, the swimming pool can be heated for an additional cost and if you require pool heating please ensure you add to your booking at least one week prior to arrival.

The villa also includes a morning daily maid service, every day except Sundays and bank holidays from 9:30am.

WIFI is free to use at the villa.

We have 2 cots and 2 hire chairs available for use, please let us now when you book so we can make sure they are ready for you on your arrival.

Pool towels are provided.

There is a private driveway for parking.

Tourist tax is collected locally via cash payment, high season €2,00 per night, low season €1,00 per night for over 12 years of age and a maximum of 7 nights charged.

Praia do Carvoeiro means ‘Beach of the Charcoal man’, originally the village was a settlement of only a few houses on the side of a small river flowing down the valley from Lagoa. Its habitants were mostly fishermen and charcoal men from which the settlement took its name. Carvoeiro was then discovered by holiday makers who were attracted by the beauty of the coastline and the friendliness of the people.

One of the Algarve’s greatest attractions are its beaches, whether you prefer long sandy stretches or small isolated coves you won’t be disappointed. Local beaches are Carvoeiro, Centeanes and Carvalho. A short drive will take you to the coves of Benagil and Praia do Marinho. The long sandy beach of Armacao de Pera and the beautiful coves of Senhora da Rocha are only a 15-minute drive away. More beaches can be found on the way to Ferragudo, long stretches of sandy coastline can be found at Praia da Rocha (past Portimao) or you can venture east wards to
Albufeira. Many of the beaches host restaurants or snack bars and have sun beds for hire during the summer season. On the larger beaches you can hire Pedalers, canoes or go on a boat trip.

There are many attractions nearby, Golf Courses, Driving Range, Tennis Clube, Water Parks, Crazy Golf, Zoo Marine and many more.

There are well stocked, small supermarkets in the village and a daily market ‘Mercado Municipal do Carvoeiro’ offering fresh local fish, meat, fruit, and vegetables. There are also larger supermarkets within a 2 to 5 minute drive from the villa.

Carvoeiro offers many restaurants, bars and cafes and in the summer months evening entertainment in the main square.
