I’m so glad I found this place. It was a beautiful place and the location was perfect. The casita was a 10 minute walk to Old Town shopping. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Location, location, location and of course the home itself!
As a child, I stayed at The Valley Ho Resort and vividly remember the Springtime scent of orange blossoms and warm gentle breezes. Never did I dream that I would own a small slice of AZ heaven just across the street!

What makes this property unique

A contemporary, secluded little 750 square foot desert gem in the heart of the city. Once inside you are transported to tranquility and removed from apartment/ condo living as the space is entirely your own to enjoy privately and peacefully. Walking distance to all that Old Town Scottsdale has to offer. Shopping at Fashion Square Mall, biking or walking along the canal, strolling the art galleries along 5th Avenue, and or enjoying one of the vast number of restaurants, all are just a short stroll away.
